Designed to complement your engagement ring
If you have an engagement ring, we can design your wedding ring to complement it. Simply by matching features like the profile, depth and width it can seem like your rings were designed as a matching set.
If your engagement ring does not sit comfortably with a straight wedding ring, we can produce a bespoke
fitted wedding ring that is shaped to sit perfectly alongside it.
Matching wedding rings
Many couples like the idea of matching wedding rings. If both partners have the same taste they could have rings that are virtually identical, but scaled to fit the hand and the finger-size.
However if partners have different tastes, we look for design elements that appeal to both of them.
It might be just the material, or some design feature that will mark them out as a pair.
Often, a bride will have dainty ring set with diamonds, and the groom, a chunkier version without diamonds.
Men's wedding rings
Essentially, there is no difference between women's and men's rings.
All of our rings are made to individual requirements.
Some brides want a wide ring, and some grooms prefer a narrow band.
We scale your ring to suit you, and many of the wedding rings shown on this site are men's rings.

We made this ring recently to sit alongside our customer's vintage diamond solitaire.
Because the two rings interlock, they hold one another in place, so they are always perfectly aligned. This means the nine diamonds in the wedding ring stay on top and don't end up under the finger.
Also, because movement between the rings is minimal, friction and the wear it causes is greatly reduced.

This is a little remodelling job we just completed.
Our customer brought us a much-loved and well-worn three-stone ring that had seen better days.
The emerald was a bit scratched and had lost its shine, and the setting was worn-out.
We had the emerald repolished and mounted it in this more substantial 18ct gold ring, so it can be enjoyed for many more years.

A recent remodelling job.
Our customer brought us a collection of old rings in 18ct white gold that she never wore, asking us to combine them into one ring that she could wear all the time.
We came up with this design between us, based on a wedding ring in our stock, which has two lines cut around it, dotted with randomly-spaced diamonds, and left un-plated.
The difference with this one is that it has the square in the middle, interrupting the two grooves, which meant they could not be cut using a lathe. - They had to be engraved by hand!
Fortunately, we work with a great setter who can engrave too!

We often have to make a wedding ring to fit with a particular engagement ring, but very occasionally, it's the other way around.
This pair of rings, which came back recently to be resized, are an example.
We made the wedding ring back in 1993. It features a row of five princess-cut diamonds on a crossover-effect band.
Then, in 1999, when we were asked to design an engagement ring to sit alongside it, we made the four-stone diamond cluster on an asymmetric band.
We're pleased to see them still looking good after all those years!

This remodelling job that we did a while ago used the customer's platinum wedding ring to make a name pendant.
First, we melted the ring and rolled it to form a little sheet of the appropriate size.
We then glued the design, which we had already drawn, on top of the platinum.
Then, we cut out the shape using a jeweller's piercing saw.
Files and emery paper were then used to perfect the shape before adding the platinum chain.

Our customer had various items of gold jewellery (including some with diamonds) that she no longer wore, so we used them to make this ring for her.
It features a "salt and pepper" marquise diamond, with small round diamonds scattered on either side.
One special piece that she didn't want melted was her late mother's 22ct gold wedding ring, which we have joined to the new ring.
