Bespoke designs

Most jewellery available today is mass-produced. However, at Aurum, we design and make each piece on a one-off basis.


If you are looking for individuality, bespoke jewellery is the way to go.


Naturally, we make lots of engagement rings, wedding rings and eternity rings, but clients commission us to make all sorts of items including earrings, pendants, cufflinks, bangles, and even navel jewellery.


Aurum also offer a 'design your own wedding rings' and 'design your own engagement ring' services.


Whatever the item you have in mind, we would be happy to discuss it with you.

Some of them are pieces produced for our stock, however, most are bespoke items that we made for clients. 


We show them just to give you a "taste" of what we do, and to offer a bit of inspiration.


Don't forget that with bespoke jewellery you can have exactly what you want. You are not limited to what has been made in the past.

    Much of the jewellery we create is commissioned as gifts, often to mark a milestone in someone's life. 


    It might be an important birthday, an engagement, a wedding, an anniversary, the birth of a baby, or a graduation. 


    We can design and hand-make a piece of jewellery that suits your occasion.

  • Can I design my own piece of handmade jewellery?

    When you commission a jewellery designer or goldsmith to produce a handmade item of jewellery, you can get involved in the design process. 


    The process begins with a free design consultation. You meet with one of the skilled goldsmiths from our on-site workshop. Whether or not you already have a style in mind, you can have a hand in the design of your own unique engagement ring.

     

    The most important part of an engagement ring is the stone. Whether it is a diamond, or another precious stone like sapphire, emerald or ruby, the choice of gem is one of the first considerations. Precious stones come in various shapes and cuts, and a huge range of sizes and of course qualities.

    Once we have the exact specifications we’ll be able to calculate a price for you. Then, if you decide to proceed your unique engagement ring will be crafted in our on-site workshop.
