Why bespoke is best
Many people don't realise that most engagement rings you see in High Street jewellers are mass-produced in factories. There might be hundreds, or even thousands of people wearing in identical ring, produced using the same mould.
Rather than simply picking a ring from a jewellery retailer’s window, you could propose with a custom-made engagement ring that you helped to design.
Starting from scratch every time allows complete flexibility. This means you can "wow" your partner with a unique ring at a price that suits your pocket.
the Flick engagement ring
The Flick is our signature engagement ring style. It has one straight side, so that it will sit comfortably alongside a straight wedding band.
Although we have made many versions in the Flick style, no two are ever the same, as each one is individually designed and handmade to the requirements of the customer.

the Infinity engagement ring
Another popular engagement ring style is what we call Infinity.
It works well with soft shapes, like round, oval and marquise and pear-shape.
Rather than having a stone setting that is joined onto a band, the setting flows seamlessly out of the band, so it is just one strip of metal, with no beginning and no end.
Each one is designed and made to order. You choose a stone, and we design your ring around it.

A: We're one of the nearest specialist bespoke jewellery workshops to Chichester — around 20–25 minutes along the A27. We're a working goldsmith's studio, not simply a jewellery shop.

The FlickA: Everything — classic solitaires, contemporary designs, vintage-inspired, coloured stone rings, and completely unique custom designs.
We work to your brief.
However, we do have a signature engagement ring style that attracts many clients to work with us.
The "Flick "is a striking contemporary style that is designed to sit perfectly with a straight wedding ring.
Q: Can we design the ring together as a couple?
A: Yes, and many couples enjoy doing exactly that. - Joint consultations are very welcome, although many clients prefer to surprise their partner with a ring they helped to design.
Whichever way you want to approach it, we are happy to make it work for you.
Q: Do you work with coloured gemstones as well as diamonds?
A: Absolutely — sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and many other stones.
A coloured centre stone surrounded by diamonds is a beautiful and distinctive option that many Chichester clients choose.
We also make engagement rings that have just a single coloured stone.
