One of the advantages of a bespoke engagement ring is that you you can choose your own diamond. Whatever the size and shape of diamond you require, we can provide a selection of stones that fit your criteria.

Jewellery Remodelling
Jewellery that you don't wear can be taken apart and the materials used to make a new piece. It doesn't matter whether it's one complete items, or a collection of small odds-and-ends. Any gold or platinum could become a new piece of jewellery.

Everyone who works at Aurum makes jewellery. We don't have sales-people. You'll deal directly with a bespoke jeweller from our workshop.

Aurum has been trading since 1985. It was set-up by Sussex jewellery-designer Andrew Leggett, who still owns and runs the business today.
In our workshop, which is located above the showroom, Andrew and his talented team of goldsmiths and diamond-mounters create unique items of jewellery for individual customers.

These galleries show examples of past commissions.
We're based in Worthing, just along the coast from Brighton, and we've built long-standing relationships with many clients from the city over the years. We don't employ sales staff — when you come in, you'll meet the people who actually design and make the jewellery. The conversation is different. So is the result.

A: We are a working workshop first. Everything we make is designed and crafted by our own goldsmiths — nothing is bought in. That means genuine bespoke, not just a choice between pre-made options.
Q: Is there parking near your showroom?
A: Yes, there is public parking nearby on Montague Street and surrounding areas. We're also a short walk from Worthing train station.
Q: Do you do jewellery remodelling for Brighton clients?
A: Yes — this is a popular service. If you have old jewellery you never wear, we can use the gold or platinum and any stones to make something completely new.
Q: Do I need to know exactly what I want before I come in?
A: Not at all. - Many clients arrive with only a vague idea and leave with a clear and exciting vision. That's what the consultation is for.
